Are you taking multivitamin supplements? Are you sure that is it necessary to take them? Is your diet enough efficient to fill up your body with the RDA of vitamins and minerals, and if not how can you make it better? Do you know that the official statement about supplements is: "if you do take them and you are fine there is no reason to stop to take but if you are not taking them, there is no reason to start to take."?

Do you also know that there is no facts proven by trials that supplements helps, there are some trials and law cases where supplements created diseases, but still scientists are not on final conclusion.
