Apple and salmon salad

with home made mayonnaise

  • 400 g smoked salmon fillets, cut into smaller, bite-sized pieces
  • 4 pcs apples, washed, cored, cubed
  • 350 ml mayonnaise, home-made
  • 1/2 tbsp dill weed, chopped

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl, and mix well.
  2. Serve it chilled.
