Apple coleslaw

  • 200 g savoy cabbage, shredded
  • 2 pcs apples, red and green, cored and diced
  • 2 pcs spring onions, chopped
  • 1 pcs carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt, fresh ground
  • 1 pinch black pepper, fresh ground

  1. Mix cabbage, apples, carrots, and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar then toss to coat.
  3. Whisk sour cream with mayonnaise in medium bowl to blend.
  4. Add to cabbage mixture then toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
