Apricot porridge

For babies just do not top it with the rest of the apricots.

IngredientsConvert
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 5 pcs apricot, stoned, sliced
Preparation

  1. Put the water, semolina, and half of the apricots into a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil, then gently simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Transfer into food blender then blend until smooth. Top with remaining apricots and serve.
