Baked potatoes with pecans

  • 4 pcs big potatoes, scrubbed
  • 100 g butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 3 pinch coarse salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, ground

  1. Heat oven to 180°C and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Take a fork and make holes all over the potatoes.
  3. Scrube them with the 2 pinch of salt.
  4. Place potatoes on a baking sheet; bake until very tender, 50-60 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, mix well cane sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Stir in chopped pecans.
  7. Split open hot potatoes; serve with topping.
