Baked sweet potatoes with pecans

  • 4 pcs sweet potatoes, scrubbed
  • 100 g butter, unsalted, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 2 pinch coarse salt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon, ground
Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 180°C and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Place potatoes on a baking sheet; bake until very tender, 50-60 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix cane sugar, butter, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Split open hot sweet potatoes; serve with topping.
