  • 200 g blueberries
  • 100 g rice flakes
Preparation

  1. Clean the blueberries, then put them for a few minutes into boiled and still-hot water.
  2. Put the rice flakes in another pot and some water into it, just enough to cover the flakes.
  3. Cook the flakes until it gets soft.
  4. Take the berries out from the water and put them into the blender.
  5. Blend the berries, then strain the berry mixture to discard seeds. Pour the strained, seedless mixture into a baby serving plate.
  6. Strain the rice flakes in a sieve and add them into the berry mixture.
  7. Blend the berries and the rice flakes until you get a smooth consistency.
