Candy cane choc pieces

A very simly food gift

  • 250 g dark or milk chocolate
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 180 g cane sugar
Preparation

  1. Melt the dark or milk chocolate in a bowl up on steam.
  2. Prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper, or if you have a big marble surface, that's the best.
  3. Pour the chocolate onto the baking paper and spread into 0.3cm thick. Let it cool down and harden completely.
  4. Crush the candy canes, and when the dark chocolate layer is hard, melt the white chocolate in another clean bowl.
  5. Pour the white chocolate onto the dark, spread it everywhere to cover the first layer.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes onto the white layer and let it dry completely. When it's done (chocolate needs almost a day to be perfectly hard as before), cut or break it into pieces, make the portions, then wrap them as you wish.
