Cauliflower and mayonnaise cream

for crackers

  • 0.8 kg cauliflower
  • 180 ml mayonnaise, home-made
  • 1 tsp green chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

  1. Clean the cauliflower and place into a pot, covering with water.
  2. Place the pot on high heat and add the salt. Make it boil.
  3. Cook the cauliflower until it gets tender.
  4. Drain the vegetable then let it cool down.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the homemade mayonnaise.
  6. When the cauliflower is cooled, mash it with potato masher, then add the mayonnaise, green chili, and pepper.
  7. Taste and add some more salt if needed.
  8. Serve it chilled, with crackers.
