Creamy peppermint punch

  • 6 1/3 cup peppermint ice cream, white or pink coloured
  • 4 1/4 cup soda water
  • 4 cup eggnog
  • 4/5 cup light rum
Preparation

  1. First, you need to prepare the Eggnog. Find the recipe here.
  2. Blend all ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Transfer into punch bowl and serve immediately.
  4. You can sprinkle punch or decorate glasses with crushed candy canes.
