Daily green salad with sweet dressing

It is a great daily salad by changing the seeds and dried fruits as you wish.

  • 200 g salad mix
  • 1/2 pcs cucumber, sliced
  • 1 pcs red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp cranberries, dried
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp apricots, dried, sliced
  • 2 tbsp orange-poppy seed dressing

  1. Put all the ingredients into a salad bowl and mix it up carefully.
  2. Drizzle on the dressing and serve.
