Dates roasted in bacon

  • 30 pcs dates, without seed
  • 15 slice canadian bacon
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  1. Preheat oven and cut the bacon slices in half.
  2. Roll each date in a half slice of bacon then place them onto a baking tray, oiled with the olive oil.
  3. Place the baking tray into the oven then roast the bacon on 220°C within 6-8 minutes.
  4. Serve it warm.
