Egg salad

There are tons of possible variations for an egg salad. It is essential to use fresh ingredients. Radishes, green beans, ham, cheese, apple... Clearly, all of these make a wonderful egg salad. Let's see my favourite one.

  • 8 pcs eggs
  • 1 pcs apple, cored
  • 5 pcs radishes, peeled
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise, home-made
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

  1. Cut the eggs in half
  2. Take out the yellow part
  3. Mix the yolk with the mayonnaise and sour cream
  4. Season it with pepper and salt
  5. Cut the egg white into small slices
  6. Pour all the rest of the ingredients into the mix
  7. Use 50 grams of gorgonzola, which will give our salad a piquant flavour
