  • 5 cup 1 tsp milk
  • 3/4 cup brandy
  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 1 pcs vanilla pod, seeds scraped
  • 1.93 oz cane sugar

  1. Combine milk, vanilla seeds, remaining vanilla pod, eggs, and sugar in medium sauce pan.
  2. Heat over medium heat then cook without boiling, until mixture is thick enough to coat the back of the spoon.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Stir in brandy and serve with a pinch of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
