Fish Pâté

  • 100 g leftover fish, minced
  • 1 pcs egg white
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp dill weed, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp butter, unsalted
  • 1 pinch white pepper, ground
  • 1 pinch salt
Preparation

  1. Butter and flour our pâté molds.
  2. Carefully mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Use an egg-beater to work with the egg white, and then pour it into the pâté.
  4. Cover it with film after we've poured it all into molds.
  5. Baking only takes 20 minutes (when we speak about 100 grams – if the volume is higher, we can add another 5 minutes for each 100 grams).
