Fresh summer salad

From watermelon

  • 800 g watermelon, peeled, cut into triangles (1cm wide)
  • 1/2 head lettuce (small one)
  • 2 pcs medium red onion, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 pcs cucumber
  • 350 g Feta, cubed
  • 250 g black olives, pitted

  1. Wash the lettuce and cucumber.
  2. Chop the lettuce and place it on a serving plate.
  3. Slice the cucumber and place them onto the lettuce.
  4. Carefully position the watermelon slices onto the salad and sprinkle with the olives, onion, and feta cubes. No other seasoning is needed.

Feel free to use salad mix instead of lettuce.
