Fried Eggs with Sausages

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pcs onion, diced
  • 200 g sausages
  • 8 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 100 g gouda cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
Preparation

  1. Put the oil/butter in the pan and let it melt.
  2. First, add onions and then sausages.
  3. Fry sausages until their sides become crunchy.
  4. Later, add eggs and mix all these together.
  5. Finally add the cheese and parsley on top.
