Guacamole

  • 2 pcs avocados
  • 1 pcs red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pcs green chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 pcs tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

  1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove seed. Take the skin away.
  2. Use a fork to mash the avocado.
  3. Mix all the ingredients into avocado except salt and chili.
  4. Add the salt and chili step by step testing the saltiness and the spiciness.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap on the surface of the dip.
  6. Put it into the fridge for about 1 hour before serving it.
