Herring salad with onions and red pepper

  • 8 pcs herring, kippered, smoked
  • 2 pcs red bell pepper, seeded, finely diced
  • 2 pcs spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp dill weed, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground salt
Preparation

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, dill weed, and salt in small bowl.
  2. Add herrings, onions, and bell pepper; gently toss to combine.
  3. Transfer onto plates, drizzle with oil mix, then serve.
