Honey lime glazed almonds

  • 200 g almonds
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp honey

  1. Heat up oven to 170°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Take a mixing bowl. Mix honey, lime, and salt.
  4. Let it rest for about 20 minutes, then mix up again.
  5. Add the almond and mix well, to let the mix spread everywhere (use your hands).
  6. Spread the almonds onto the baking tray.
  7. Bake them until they get golden.
