Lavender lemonade

Only for gourmands!

  • 1000 ml water, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Lavender flower, dried
  • 2 pcs lemon
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar

  1. Boil 300ml of water and pour it onto the lavender flowers to release their aroma. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the lemon’s juice into a jug and add the remaining water, icing sugar, and then make the sugar melt.
  3. Add the lavender liquid at the end, then chill it in the fridge.
