  • 100 g strawberries, cut in halves
  • 1 tbsp xylitol
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 5 pcs mint leaves, sliced

  1. Mix the ingredients together and let them rest in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Serve the salad the next day.
