Mango - Avocado Salad

  • 450 g green salad leaves
  • 1 pcs avocado, diced
  • 1 pcs mango, diced
  • 2 tbsp walnut
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
Preparation

  1. Grab a Teflon pan to fry the walnuts a bit. No need to use any oil.
  2. Grab a bowl and mix the lettuce, avocado and mango dices, walnuts, and cranberries together.
  3. Use an egg-beater to mix the oil and vinegar.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Carefully drizzle the dressing on the salad. Ready to be served.
