Mango Lassi

  • 150 ml bio yogurt
  • 4 pcs rose water
  • 1/2 pcs mango, diced
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cardamom, ground
  • 3 pcs mint leaves
  • 1 tsp honey
Preparation

  1. Put all these into the blender and press start.
  2. It is better to add ice cubes one by one depending on how dense we want the lassi to be.
  3. We can increase or reduce the speed of the blender
  4. In the wintertime, we should add mineral water instead of ice cubes.
