Marinated salmon with herbs

  • 400 g salmon fillets
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill weed, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp pink peppercorns

  1. Use a nipper to remove the fish bones.
  2. Slice the salmon across as thinly as possible.
  3. Take a mortar to crack the sea salt and pink peppercorns.
  4. Then add the herbs, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix it.
  5. Grab a bigger metal pot and pour in the marinade, carefully turning the salmon slices over.
  6. Put the slices on a metal baking tray, making sure that no slice covers another one.
  7. Cover them all with cling film and put them into the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors come together.
  8. After that, it's ready to be served.
