Muffin in a ramekin

When you only need a quick single muffin as a snack

  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp ham, chopped
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp parmesan, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 g Salt
Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven for 200°C.
  2. Whisk egg, milk, salt, and pepper in large oven-safe high ramekin.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  4. Stir well until just combined.
  5. Add chives, cheese, and ham.
  6. Stir well until combined and set in the oven for 12 minutes on high.
  7. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.
