Parsnip chips

  • 450 g parsnip, raw, peeled and cut into thin rounds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp honey

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Peel the parsnip and cut in equal chip pieces. Place in oven-proof dish.
  3. Pour over oil and honey. Toss to combine and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Flip to the other side and bake for 15 minutes more, or until golden.
  5. Allow cooling before you serve it.
