Pâté with Salmon and Avocado

  • 400 g salmon, diced (part one)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, ground
  • 1 pcs lemon
  • 2 pcs avocado (part two)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch white pepper, ground

  1. Mix the two parts of ingredients separately by adding one egg yolk to the salmon and one to the avocado mixture. (divide the lemon juice into the parts equally)
  2. Use an egg-beater to make the egg whites creamy.
  3. Then carefully divide the whites into two.
  4. Mix the egg whites carefully to each pâté.
  5. Butter and flour the mold.
  6. When it comes to baking, we must carefully put the pâté one above the other in the mold.
  7. Use steam to cook them, it takes approximately 25-30 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
