Pears with blue cheese

  • 4 pcs pears, washed, cored, cut into 8
  • 12 slice bacon, cut into half
  • 260 g Gorgonzola or any other blue cheese
  • 150 g rucola

  1. Simply combine the pear sections with a piece of blue cheese and a few leaves rucola then wrap them into a slice of bacon.
  2. Serve chilled.
