Rice porridge with wild strawberries

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 50 g rice
  • 1 tbsp wild strawberries

  1. Combine coconut milk and water in sauce pot.
  2. Add rice and bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Serve the porridge into a bowl and top with wild strawberries. You can either mash the strawberries or sprinkle with whole ones.
