Salmon burger

  • 550 g salmon fillets, cut into chunks
  • 4 pcs hamburger buns
  • 1 pcs cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 pcs tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch coriander, fresh, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp curry paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation

  1. Place salmon chunks, coriander, curry paste, and soy sauce in food processor.
  2. Pulse until you get roughly minced mix.
  3. Form four patties from the mix and heat some oil in non-stick skillet.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, over medium-high heat.
  5. Set aside and keep warm.
  6. Prepare the salad; pour vinegar into a bowl, then add cucumber and tomato; toss to coat.
  7. Place patties onto burger buns and top with salad.
  8. Serve while still hot.
