Simple 'grinding' cookies

1. Blend the butter with the sugar to foamy.
2. Add the eggs to the butter mixture, one by one.
3. In another bowl, combine sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, then add these to the egg mixture.
4. Knead all together, then divide the dough into two parts. Add the cocoa powder to one of the parts and put the doughs into the fridge for chilling a few hours.
5. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
6. Set the meat grinder and the cookie-shaper form. Start to grind the cookie dough, by cutting 5-2.4inch-long cookies. Start with the pure dough and continue with the cocoa dough. Place the cookies onto the baking tray.
7. Bake the cookies on 390°F for approximately 30 minutes.
8. The pure vanilla dough should be plan-pinky coloured, but you have to be careful with the cocoa-flavoured since it's dark and it's hard to miss the moment when it's ready.
9. If you wish, you can dip some of the cookies 'til half into melted chocolate and let them dry on rail.
