Special Fried Eggs

  • 40 g bacon sticks
  • 40 g chopped ham
  • 1 pcs mushrooms
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1 pcs spring onion, chopped
  • 1 cfsp salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
Preparation

  1. Fry the bacon to get the fat out
  2. Add the other ingredients, starting with the mushrooms
  3. Put the ham onto the pan
  4. Add the egg and cover the pan
  5. When it is ready, season it with fresh salt, pepper and chopped onions
