Steak with chili

  • 400 g beef rib eye, fat trimmed
  • 2 tsp sweet chili powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt, fresh ground

  1. Sprinkle both sides of steak with chili powder and salt.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook, turning once, 1 to 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Transfer the steaks to a plate, sprinkle with chopped rosemary, then cover with foil and let rest for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Slice and serve.
