Strawberry almost-lemonade

Without added sugar!

  • 200 g strawberries, , washed, cut into bigger pieces
  • 1 bunch Lemon balm
  • 1000 ml water, cold

  1. Put the lemon balm leaves into the jug and push them gently with a wooden spoon.
  2. Add the strawberry pieces and the water then put it into the fridge for half an hour (after a while, strawberries will start to break so don’t prepare this hours before serving).
