Strawberry almost-lemonade
- 200 g strawberries, , washed, cut into bigger pieces
- 1 bunch Lemon balm
- 1000 ml water, cold
- Put the lemon balm leaves into the jug and push them gently with a wooden spoon.
- Add the strawberry pieces and the water then put it into the fridge for half an hour (after a while, strawberries will start to break so don’t prepare this hours before serving).
- No saturated fat
- No cholesterol
- Low in sodium
- Very high in dietary fiber
- Very high in manganese
- High in magnesium
- High in potassium
- Very high in vitamin C
Try basil or peppermint instead of lemon balm for a unique taste.
