Sunset in a shake
- 1 pcs Mango
- 120 g Pineapple chunks
- 80 g Carrot
- 120 ml Orange juice, fresh
- 25 ml grenadine syrup
- 200 ml yogurt
- Clean the fruits, discard the seed from the mango.
- Place all ingredients by order in food blender.
- Pulse until you have smooth mix.
- Pour some grenadine syrup on the bottom of the serving glasses.
- Pour the shake really carefully onto the grenadine with the help of a spoon and avoid mixing.
- Very low in saturated fat
- No cholesterol
- Very high in manganese
