Tapenade with anchovy, almond and fresh green spices

  • 200 g anchovies, canned
  • 100 g black olives without seed
  • 100 g capers, canned
  • 50 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp thyme, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp oregano, fresh, chopped
  • 2 tbsp juice of lemon (about half a lemon)
  • 50 ml olive oil
Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend them together.
  2. Taste it and spice it up still if needed.
