Walnut Salad with Apple and Sour Cream

  • 4 pcs apples, cored, diced
  • 4 pcs spring onions, chopped
  • 230 g walnuts, peeled, quartered
  • 100 g Cheddar, shaved
  • 1 pcs celery, washed, diced
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise, home-made
Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a big bowl and carefully mix them together.
  2. It is a great idea to put them in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
  3. Add salt to taste.

  • Low in cholesterol
  • High in manganese

Note: the recipe is gluten-free only with homemade mayonnaise!
