Warm apple cider made with cinnamon sticks

  • 6 1/3 cup apple juice or apple cider
  • 1 pcs orange
  • 4 pcs cloves, whole
  • 2 tsp cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 8 pcs cinnamon stick

  1. Heat the apple cider or apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and orange slices in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain the cider into a heat-proof pitcher; add cinnamon sticks and set aside for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Serve with cinnamon stick as decoration.
