Watermelon lemonade
Ingredients
Convert
1300 ml water, cold
300 g watermelon, peeled, cubed, puréed
1/2 pcs lemon, , washed, sliced to thin slices
3 tbsp cane sugar
Preparation
Make 300ml of the boiling water while stirring the sugar in and letting it melt.
Boil on low heat after melting to get a syrup-like consistency, then let it cool down.
Filter the watermelon pulp through a sieve to get an almost-clear liquid.
Mix the ingredients in a jug and add the lemon slices. Chill in the fridge or add ice cubes.
