Watermelon with Feta

  • 1/2 pcs watermelon, diced
  • 200 g feta, diced
  • 3 pcs spring onions
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  1. Add salt to the spring onions and drizzle them with lime juice.
  2. Let them rest for an hour.
  3. Put the watermelon in the refrigerator for the same amount of time.
  4. Mix the ingredients together and serve it.
